Questions

Before you ask

The things organizers and players ask us most. If yours is not here, we answer faster than this page does.

  • Creating and running a bracket is free, however many players you put in it. If you collect entry fees we take a flat percentage of the pool when it settles — so a free tourney costs nothing, ever.

  • We are launching with Call of Duty: Mobile, Free Fire and PUBG Mobile, and we add titles as organizers ask for them. Rulesets are yours to write, so any format those games support is a format you can run.

  • Both sides confirm the result from their own match page. When the two agree the bracket advances itself; when they disagree the match goes to your dispute queue with both submissions attached, so you are ruling on evidence rather than on DMs.

  • You set a check-in window when you create the tourney. Anyone who misses it is forfeited automatically and their opponent advances — the bracket keeps moving without waiting on you.

  • Entry fees are held from the moment registration closes and split by placement the second the final is confirmed. Winnings land in player wallets immediately and can be withdrawn from there.

  • Yes, and it is free. An account is what keeps a bracket clean — one identity per slot — and it gives every player a profile that carries their record from one tourney to the next.
